Playing in City

PLAYING was one of the winners of the Urban95 international competition which aimed to have small-scale interventions to improve urban sustainability for infants, toddlers, children and their families.

Within the framework of the program, informative material was created in the form of large floor stickers, which were placed on the main sidewalks of the Municipality of Athens. These stickers, on which children could play, provided ideas about playing in the city. The program was innovative, as it works in both physical and digital space. Parents could scan QR codes or go online, and watch videos with ideas to enrich their children’s play outdoors in the city.
